Worryingly, things could be a lot worse. We were fairly lucky to take 4 points v Bradford (H) and Crewe (A). Although the second half against Bradford was very good (Byrne baby Byrne).
The defence is a big worry, and I just don't see NT making much difference.
Surely we got 6 points from those 2 games

Morph: My knees gone gaffer!
Chas: That's ok, it'll give me at least five more matches and an excuse to pull out of my Arse post match....

Ah well.
The two previous seasons it worked, this season it isn't.....OK we go down, but can still use the model in Div 4, where it is a bit easier, with only 2 down and 4 up. I have a real worry that it's possible it won't work in division 4 like it isn't at the moment. in any case when we've gone down there in recent years we've spent our way back, even in the diamandis years, but I can't see that this time. but we aren't there yet..

There isn't a manager in world football that could have got group of players anywhere near a draw let alone a win. That was the worst midfield we've put out since 05/06. Ajose and Stewart both trying to make runs, midfield couldn't have been less interested in trying to feed them if they tried.
Been the case for quiet a few games, feel sorry for whoever plays up top and is making runs

True we won't be spending our way out, but our wage bill will at least be in line with many of the clubs we're competing against.

Tony Hart was my first thought but then I concluded that Cooper could probably do better than a dead bloke (at least marginally) hence Miranda.

561 away fans says it all really. Normally we'd take 1,000+ to a London game.

The thing that pisses me off the most is it doesn't look like we are trying to change how we play. Maybe try one game of pressing a team really high up the pitch or another game where we play compact, soak it up and hit teams on the break with 4/5 players breaking at pace.
Instead we try to keep the ball and dominate teams which is OK when you have players like Luongo, Kasim etc who have the ability to do so but it's really not going to hack it at Millwall away with 9 first team injuries

The perceived wisdom seems to be that our style of play, at the behest of Power, is one that is designed to make it easier to obtain loan players from PL clubs.
Unless this approach is jettisoned and any new manager has free rein to instigate whatever system he thinks best, I can only see things going one way.
