Actually not that difficult, technically. If you came to the link centre to practice you could be up that in 2 months tops. The difficult part is the fear factor.

Fuck me, never thought it would take 2 months to climb that!

Just drowning.

Not over keen on heights or enclosed places but they don't overly worry me as such.

As for insects.....have a word with yourself, they are tiny little things that could do you no damage, unless you have an alergy to wasp stings etc.

I take it you use ropes and the like.

You're not one of those free climbing nut jobs that just uses your hands

Spiders and heights.

It's not being up high as such. Have done the cn tower glass floor, etc. It's being up heigh with the possibility of falling. Cliffs, that king of thing. Watched a c4 program recently about some knob that climbed crains and stuff. Had sweaty palms and had to look away. It was only a TV programming ffs.

Death is a strange one. If there is something afterwards yoo-hoo and if not you ain't going to know about it.

I must admit, if I could be granted one wish it is to die before my wife. Selfish  as it is.

By that, I mean after her not in front of her.

Yeah it's an odd one, it's the feeling of knowing I'm going to die which frightens me. When I do go, I don't wanna know anything about it!

I'll hold you to that. I've been (excuse the pun) roped into abseilling the Jury's Inn in town in June. Enclosed heights don't bother me, however that element of danger with heights is a little fearful.

Locked in syndrome

That would be horrific. One of the few cases where assisted suicide is an essential right to have.

That's easy for you to say, but phobia is a very real thing.

I could say drowning won't do you any damage if you can swim.
