Seeing as easter is approaching..... I love eggs, the proper ones not the chocolate ones. It's versatile, tasty and good for you. Omlettes, poached, boiled, fried, scrambled. If eating just egg, then for me it has to be poached. Fancy having eggs for tea tonight, can't decide how though  |

At the risk of exposing myself to be middle class, I've recently started buying posh eggs. They were on special and I didn't expect much but they're loads better- Burford Browns are cracking (got the pun in, phew) eggs that are particularly good scrambled.
