They do fancy themselves that PNE mob
IIRC last year they bought about 900 down here  Hmmm

Bunch of wankers mate, having a chat with a couple of their fans getting on tube and some northern monkey blindsighted me with a weak punch to the jaw...I'm ok but jaw is a little stiff!

I'm not basing my point on just today's interview though.

There have been plenty of times he's got a good laugh out of the press.

Was it PNEThor? Did he have his minder/dialysis machine/iron lung with him?

It will be tasty again as a few took a beating on Manky road.

I see Connor Waldon scored again for Gloucester City today, 3 in 2. Anyone know if Kayden Jackson scored again?

Oxford City played in the FA Trophy today....no he didn't score..

A post script:

The interesting thing about these comments [click here] on the Colchester board is that they mirror very accurately the comments on our own forums following our own recent defeats, being:

  • no width; and
  • opposition sussed us very quickly after weathering an early spell of pressure, after which it was easy to counter them...especially when it became apparent there was no Plan B.

It was, arguably, the unveiling of our own 'Plan B' (the magnificent 4-6-0 formation) that won us the game.  Good to see we're not alone in having off days where the Manager is assumed to have no back up plan after his main course of action has been second guessed by the opposition.

Kayden was cup-tied having already played for Supermarine in an earlier round.

Eh?!

OK.  So you're basing the previous comment on what you read on twitter?  That's where you're going wrong.  Don't do it.  No one is ever meant to take what is written there seriously.

Twitter is nothing more than a 21st century tool devised to control the masses.  Instead of doing useful things on trains like reading books (as people used to until the 1990s), they now spend their time scrolling through inane & instantly forgettable 'micro-blogging' site comments on their phones.  It's a form of reverse progress.

That part should read Twitter is nothing more than a 21st century tool for 21st century tools.

Good job it didn't matter but the marking, or lack of it, for the Colchester goal is laughable.

Ta.

Their keeper will be dissapointed with our first. Two good poacher's goals though. Their goal looked a bit simple, but who cares.
