Ha see, this thread (on booing) shows that all clubs fans have the same arguments, and that we have no more 'mong fans' than anyone else (or both us and C*ty have a high count)

http://www.otib.co.uk/index.php?/topic/157501-booing-a-disgrace/

soapy tit wank at the Flint waving his arms trying to gee up the crowd only to get booed even more

also noticed in one of their threads that someone in their ticket office had let slip their attendance was only around 7k for last night tho officially was given as over 10,000
 Hmmm

Really looking forward to this one! Slave Traders have 2900odd tickets so should sell out! Hope we can get a decent gate of 10k+ ahead of Chelsea on Tuesday night, and more importantly 3 points to go with it!

Possibly
Tho thought for H&S reasons it had to to be the amount actually in the ground

Usually the figures seem lowered
V Brentford at home (play offs )  there was deffo more in the ground than that official figure given

Yeah I remember the year we had Sheffield Wednesday at home, the figure announced seemed ridiculously low to what was in the ground.

If it was then we all know that the gates announced were always understated in that era as we raked off some cash from the turnstiles and used it to stuff the brown envelopes for the cash payments to players.

Neat as it understated our income for tax purposes, reduced the rent payment to the council which was based on gate numbers, and avoided NI on the payments to the players.

I highly doubt 3,000 ST holders are no shows for a game?!

quote from the Bristol c forum -

It was pretty embarassing to be honest, especially seeing Flint react by trying to gee up the crowd and then get booed louder.

Bet he's glad he left

I actually find this quite amusing and can picture it in my mind.
The more he waved the louder it got.........You can almost imagine him thinking, "shit, how do I turn the volume down on this thing."

Hope he has a mare on Saturday. Penalty then sent off.....Smiley

interesting you say about H&S. Due to their ticket scanners not working they have been waving people through and as this has been going on since the start of the season fans have been photocopying tickets to get in for free. H&S would have a field day!
