Yep, result was a bit of a ball breaker. Sounds like we played exceptionally well though. I think we should continue to be very encouraged for the season ahead. Liking the sound of Mark Cooper as well. Very sensible and level headed - a refreshing change. |

Just on way back. We were fucking brilliant, totally outclassed them but just couldn't put the ball in the net. If we score early in the second half then we win.
The only difference between the sides is a few million pounds worth of striker. I'm so impressed with how we played, this is a very exciting team we have.

Interestingly theri OTIB forum is the mirror image of ours....pre season they were all confident they would walk this league with the best manager, some great signings, whereas ours was we have no manager or the cheap option, relegation is a formality, sold all the best players....Now they are calling for the managers head already, how times change after a handful of games  Roll on next week. |
