So we're going to tribunal on Friday.

Apparently over unpaid wages! Surely he can't be claiming his wage after he quit? That would be ridiculous!

Does anybody on the TEF actually know about this kind of stuff?

Anyone know what sort of financial liability we could be looking at here?

Whatever it comes to, when weighted against the damage it could do to his reputation with future employers I can't see him gaining out of this long term.

If he is suing for willful dismissal/breach of contract could that be considered equivalent of suing for unpaid wages?

How to foul up a fucking good legacy. Pollute your name on an unwinnable horse of a court case Paolo. Picking up the pieces of your mindless extravagance and now this! Dancing in the Moonlight indeed, you fucking idiot. YOU engineered the departure. Didn't he splurge 18 million on a new signing last week? Name is muck here now.

If PDC wins I bet he'll donate the winnings to charity.

Is it unwinnable though? We don't know exactly what he is suing for.

Regardless, he's still a twat.

How absolutely pathetic.  Move on Paolo, we all have.

Is this the court case Power to the people was referring to in another thread?

I am really angry about him. I need to go to bed because i'm seething. Even when he left he was an idol to me and now this pathetic malarkey. He will not be welcome around here any more. We're up pittance creek with a begging bowl and this tosser is swiping our legs from underneath us. Jeez, thank God I never went through with the PDC  tattoo and my shrine.
