I dunno, mid table L1, half decent manager plus Williams is there, sort of makes sense. I wonder how much Power will make off this?
It makes sense from a ‘upwards move from Swindon & somewhere where he will get first team football’ point of view. Probably a fairly decent place to go - to use as a stepping stone. I’d have thought he’d end up at a Championship clubs on the basis of he’s still very young, English for any sorta quotas & has scored some stunners which will get noticed. Said Championship club would then ship him out on loan for a season of regular football in L1. ...but...obviously that’s all relative to what was on offer. Don’t think any of the ITKers mentioned Franchise.

Preston, Luton, Pompey all closely linked in the media.
Hope he does well. Another season in L2 was no use to him whatsoever.

I think thats a cert now, back with his mate Cowley who signed him for lincoln, a decent move for him, I think he would be great in L2 if he stayed but I fully understand it if he does leave.

I think its 8, and 0 goalkeepers. I know that our brilliant owner is tied up with legal matters at the moment but you do have to wonder what on earth is happening at the club at the moment? Not a dicky bird from it about kits, season tickets, player and staff recruitment, absolutely nothing at all. There was a nice picture 10 minutes ago from the club twitter account showing a lovely green pitch but at this time of the year fans should be itching for something from the club to get excited about next season. Are we to assume that Power has given up and the club are going to do the square root of fuckall until the ownership issues have taken place?

I know things are shit, but I find it highly unlikely that those will be the only players we will have when the season starts. The transfer window isn't even open yet...

Plenty of players signing in advance of their contracts running down at the end of June.
I think Prot Vile have signed a handful already

My point stands.
We will not be going into the new season without signing some players. I'm not expecting much to be excited about, but still.

When are the players (I use plural loosely) due back for pre-season?
