For expectancy and sheer disappointment... It's this season for me.
Normally when we've been shit we knew we were going to be shit, or nearly bust. This season has been awful because there was hope goddamit. I've never been more wrong about a season.

Never mind the players we let go, look at the shit we bought in, the low/no agent fees shit..... truely depressing stuff.
Rubbish on the pitch, rubbish off it. Can't see us bouncing back from this, unless heavy investment is made in the playing squad - but I can't see that happening at all.
I wonder what odds on Fitton calling it a day at the end of the season and letting someone else have a go....? I mean the guy was wallowing in a pit of despair after the playoff defeat, so whats he going to be like after this?

Who's contract is beyond the seasons end? The ones i can think of are: JPM, Caddis, Ferry, Lucas, Rose, Benyon, Misun, Prutton, Flint and Ritchie. Any others?
Out of that lot, i'd like to see the back of Rose and Prutton, but who'd take them? Nobody....All of the out of contract players can piss off, except JD, Cuthbert and possibly Sheehan, for me!
Ho hum....Come on Swindon
I'd say there is zero chance of JD or Cuthbert signing new contracts.

Bottom of the league and below a team who have suffered a 10 point deduction is a fucking disgrace.
Personally I'd like to hear Fitton come out, put his hands up and apologise for a series of bad decisions that will ultimately cost us League 1 status.

We were having these same conversations 2 seasons ago. The thing is the players we have are 10X better than what we had then. We SHOULD be in the play offs with this lot

Reminds me of the Quinn season in terms of hopelessness.
Me too. Blind faith and optimism that we cant be so bad for so long...

To go from a team who flirted with automatic promotion and lost in the final of the play offs, to a team that are rock bottom of the league in March is actually quite impressive!
Almost 0-2.
