I've never, ever made a matchday thread before. I've been saving my luck up for a day when we desperately need it.

And body, do we desperately need it today.

Three points. TALK TO ME!

I can't see anything other than another defeat. Hart will need time to turn this lot around and in my opinion they are so far gone that it is an impossible task. When we drop to Div 4 it gives us a chance to rebuild. I'm firmly in the Reg school of pessimism / realism.
Now hopefully they will go and prove me 100% wrong.

Think it might be a draw (as long as we don't let them score more than one), which after Saturday's result probably isn't enough.  Sad

This has a comfortable victory for Plymouth written all over it.  Their confidence will be sky high after their last 2 results, they have a back to the walls mentality following the points deduction and they now believe they can get out of it.  Then a team who hasn’t won in 2 months comes onto their patch, they will be thinking they can fill their boots.

3-1 Plymouth, not sure why I’m going tonight, suppose it’s in the hope that Hart has been able to work some tricks on the training pitch now he has seen what he has at his disposal.

Is this a must-win game ? Or will Hart see it as a must-not-lose game as he did on Saturday.

Either way, I have a sneaky feeling that the form book will be thrown out of the window, and we will edge a tightly fought 7-3 win. Or another 0-0 draw. Or maybe something in between.

Which is why I think we might get a result.  This run of ours cannot last forever.

If we don't win this evening, it will - finally - be game over for me.  Of course you don't completely give up until the arithmetic says relegation is a certainty, but a draw or a defeat will mean I'm relying on blind hope and nothing else.

Win: Chance of survival

Lose: Doomed

We can afford to draw as long as those around us lose.
