At least it's evidence that the daft buggers have realised we're in a relegation battle, some of them were still going on about the PO's about 3 weeks ago.
The mere act of a manager saying we'll get x points, be it 3 or 0, doesn't mean it will happen, so is largely irrelevant.

Whilst you could argue expecting 0 points from a game is reasonable, you would think that Wilson would keep this to himself and the management team. Otherwise, what kind of mindset does that set for the players when they know they're not expected to get anything from the game.
Shocking.

I really don't think it's an issue...we've just lost 8 games, where the manager probably chalked up 3 points as a prediction.

Not sure they do, it says Franchise on the image? Surprised they leave it up when people are touring around as well.

And anyway who knows who wrote that up on the board. Could have been anyone with access to the room. Unless Danny's signed it of course.

I took a photo (see attached). We thought it was ridiculous to put 0 against games. They all start at 0-0 so the mind set would be all wrong for me if you dont put a point minimum against all games. Should be more realistic on the number of wins and budget for a few draws. Mind you he was targetting 62 points (see bottom of photo).
firstly i apologise for my earlier comment.i obviously got it wrong. this is absolute madness on wilsons part, hence why i thought it was bullshit. i can't believe a manager would do anything so stupid.if this was in his office for him and his staff then fair enough, but on display in the changing rooms i think is worrying.

This could all be part of the psychologists work, not necessarily Wilson's.

I can see the logic behind it, keeps the target of survival realistic whilst still highlighting that the cunts need to pull their fingers out.
I'm sure when we get to Huddersfield and Brighton away, then if we've met the targets then you could tell the team they're doing well, keep it up and get something, or if we haven't then they'll have to make up for other points dropped.
The targets for games in groups of 3 seems like a nice way of breaking down the games.

The target would seem to be the best case as the top right is blurred but I think it says points required per block of three = 5 so having lost on Saturday need to win against Saints or start a new sheet with new block of three to include Walsall!

If we do think it's genuine, shouldn't we remove it as it potentially gives other sides an indication of how we're likely to set up against them? Thinking mainly here of the ones where it says we're going for a draw. Although I suppose not knowing our targets hasn't proved a great obstacle to most sides being able to turn us over with comparative ease

I also apologise for implying this was bollocks and like Arriba, think Wilson has gone a bit mental.
