Man City getting a Champions League ban
They'll appeal it and get it overturned, like Chelsea did with the transfer ban. Money talks. Fair play to UEFA though, will discourage some others hopefully

Paolo Nutini breaking his Indoor World Record for the Pole Vault, again.

Ironically, his surname Duplantis...has been introduced recently to VEGETABLES by his mother; a Dietician! What in the fuck of fucks did she feed him as a kid? Nandrolone?

Horrible thing mugging, but I like the "come on" he gives the mugger at 45 seconds in.

I suspect that I am in the minority here, but I just cannot abide Fury. Its particularly painful round here as he lives in Morecambe and thus is apparently 'one of our own' despite liekwise making much of Manchester when he is there (and where he is actually from).

I'm not a massive Fury fan either. But much more so than Wilder!

I guess Fury is slowly winning me round to be fair

I'm torn on Fury.

He has some horribly bigoted views, but I've a great deal of respect for him for how he overcame his mental health problems.

He just seems another one who appears to think that wittering on about god gives him some sort of get out of free jail card for being a twat, perhaps I should try it?

As noted above, we probably get more of it up here as he is 'local', it just grates a bit although it does led to some beautifully self-righteous exchanges on the various local news soicial media sites.
