Ohh that's interesting, is this for everyone? I've been looking for a reason to leave BT.
BT Sport + BT Broadband. I'm perfectly happy with the BT service, but getting very bored of ringing them up to threaten to leave every few months.

BT whacking their prices up for the third time in 18 months. It breaks the contract so means I can walk away entirely, but the effort involved is a giant pain in the arse. 15% rise as well, you think there'd be some rule about not being able to up it during the contracted period by anything above inflation. yeah that + BT spot lite going pay for means I'll shop around. terminating means contacting them within 14 days and arising around so I'll stick it out until may

Companies and people who don't capitalise their names in emails/mailings.
I know it's the done thing currently to have your company name in lower case (why? It seems stupid) but I've received a mailing from an estate agent this week, "butters john bee" and from someone who works at an estate agent, "charley stephens."
Makes me think I'm dealing with idiots.

My company have just rebranded. The logo and stuff is exactly the same, but now everything is in lower case. I don't get it either, and the worrying thing is someone got paid to do this.

It's funny and kind of good how they get paid for it. There's hope for us all.
I've done some work in marketing and have to converse with "marketing" companies on a regular basis and I've wondered whether some of these marketing companies are run by idiots.
Obviously after just mentioning Nathan Barley on another topic we imagine many are, as there's quite a low barrier to entry, but I dealt with a "branding agency" recently that were actual low IQ knobs. They were genuinely thick as fuck, so I think it ends up in lower case, not because it's cool, but because they're actually remedial.

M&S and/or Yodel one of whom has managed to lose the Valentine's Day flowers I ordered for my missus. "We can send a replacement order out for you" "OK, what sort of time will that arrive, only she's out this afternoon?" "Oh, it won't be today, it will be tomorrow now" "Well, it won't be Valentine's Day tomorrow will it?" "Well, no" "So that's not really very much use is it?" "You would still get the order" "I don't think you've quite grasped the concept of Valentine's Day, have you?"
TBF strongly suspect it's Yodel who've lost it, they've always been fucking useless every time I've dealt with them

But everyone knows that, so why the fuck are M&S using them for what is clearly a time-sensitive delivery? Useless bunch of gits, the lot of them.

so they can flog cheap roses to cheapskates That would be all well and good if they were cheap, but they bloody weren't! Deliberately avoided the dodgy cheapo never heard of them websites precisely to avoid this kind of problem. Would have been better off with Cheapoflowers.com. Easy to see why M&S' reputation has gone downhill over the years when they cut corners like this.

there used to be a twitter account call @YodelHell which actively tried to get companies to stop using Yodel and were quite successful. They've been a bit quiet of late, i seem to remember Yodel threatening them with legal action.
