As said, there's a statue that would look better in a Swindon top. He's no Don Rogers mind.

Feel free to repeat that in any pub in Leeds on Sat and see how long you last Smiley

I am meeting my brother up there who lives in York and has gone semi-native so maybe he could translate the Yorkshire into proper northern for me and I could translate it into yokel/metrosexual for KoT. Erm, not that I speak metrosexual.

My Mrs is from York, she loves being called Lancastrian (not). A rose is a rose as I tell her.

She's domesticated now.

We went up to York the year before last, to one of those "anarcho-capitalist nut-job conspiracy theorist"  (copyright Mr Lumpy Y-fronts) meetings. In the pub afterwards I just could not understand what the landlord was saying. Seriously. Luckily Joy's family are norvern so she translated for me and happly I ended up with beer.

Fair play to those who chipped in.

I want to see pictures of the lad drinking a pint of gravy, whilst sat on a whippet wearing a flat cap. In his new Town shirt.

Had no doubt it would be done well but good to hear confirmation. Couple of years ago it would probably been in a frame made of Weetabix boxes and clingfilm.
