The Captain of Espanyol Daniel Jarque's been found dead according to Marca and a few sites like that. 26 years old. Seen him play on the box a few times and he looked very good. RIP.

There's something extra annoying about a result like this...I've enjoyed the close season, and would have quite happily carried on doing so for a couple of more weeks at least. I fully expected to lose 1 or 2 nil, and could have quite easily rationalised it away....but this  Exactly. I can't say I've been this fucked off by a result before. But then I didn't witness the Forest 7-1, but saw this first hand. |

I went to a party after getting back from Pikeyland, however I'm not feeling it if I'm honest. Going to have a shower I think and see the full extent of the burn, additional to my neck and forearms I see my nose has gone a little pink too.

I went to a bbq and drank lots of beer and wine. Came home drank more wine and posted some bolloks. Then drank more wine and managed to beat my mate at chess. Possibly my biggest achievement of the year.
