He is probably one of the most underrated players in the premier league
Totally agree.

A lot of people seem to think he's shite when in fact he's very good. A manager's dream

I thought milner was generally highly rated by most? He's a cracking, versatile player.

I don't know about most underrated, but he is better than most people give him credit for. He's also the subject of the greatest parody account on twitter

I think he's underrated by the media and Johnny Armchairfan because he isn't flash. As far as style of football (and personality) he's boring as fuck. Every team needs them though - think he's a cracking team player.

Speaking of which: @BoringMilner: I've not been out partying this late in a long time. I've had 8 cups of tea and the room has started to spin. #Champions

He really impressed me when he was here, i remember going away to Grimsby & he was kicked in the air every time he got the ball but he just got up & carried on like nothing was happening. Even the grimsby fans were impressed by him.

Shame we couldn't have got Cox off the books sooner, especially when Plymouth were so keen.
Good luck to the guy, I'll always wonder what Cox really did to irk Di Canio. Hopefully we'll find out soon once the Plymouth Herald do some kind of 'Cox: My Swindon Hell' feature.

I always assumed it was because Cox wasn't the sort of player he thought he'd signed. 13 games in over 2 years.

I refuse to believe it's that boring a reason

Wasn't that true of a lot of the players he signed, hence why there were so many that played very few games & were then shipped out. (same is true of those signed at Sunderland). He was also good at signing players that had one good game against Swindon (Rooney & Collins).

I thought he had no control over transfers at Sunderland?
