Bedlington Terriers since the summer.
Blimey, his career slide has been more impressive than even Anthony McNamee's. From international football to Bedlington Terriers in 5 years.

Is that the Worcestershire Bell-Baggies or the Berkshire branch? I think it is The Sierra Leonian Mandingo branch, although there is every chance it could be the Evesham lot

Anyone see tonight's University Challenge with Lawrie Sanchez representing the University of Loughborough? Paxman: Name the animal species pictured [picture of a Komodo Dragon] Sanchez [buzzes in straight away]: 'Monster Gecko?'

A card game similar to rummy or brag played with two packs of cards.

Paxman: Name the animal species pictured [picture of a Komodo Dragon] Sanchez [buzzes in straight away]: 'Monster Gecko?' Watched yesterday on i-player....Sanchez is certainly the only ex Town player to appear on UC. To give him credit, he did get Henry Moore...probably the only ex Town player who knows of his work. He also got the link, between I think Czar Peter....Alfred and poss Frederick of Prussia ie The Great. So not too bad...Monster Gecko a user name going spare there. By way of an aside, and should be put on the birds I would but really shouldn't thread...Boris Johnson's sis, on a later show, had a dirty look.

All of which is probably true. However would he have scored more goals than our current crop given the same amount of game time?
Quite likely in my opinion. This will remain my opinion too as it cannot be proved otherwise. :-)
Your opinion cannot be proven otherwise but he would not have scored more. BTW, I am a fan of Connell

And neither can your opinion be proved either. The beauty of opinions I suppose. I did write that a couple of weeks ago when the feel good factor wasn't quite so high. Really hoping Willow will kick on now. He obviously brings more to the team than goals but they really are a pre requisite for a striker, especially if we want to be promotion contenders. The way Paolo treated/viewed Connell last season then he was right to offload him mind.
