He didnt withdraw from the england squad, Hodgson had him on the bench both games and didnt even use him, wasting everyones time

Think that's why I said "I think". But correct, it was a waste of time. Maybe keep him benched for one but at least give him 10mins or something. He was in bloody good form then too. Maybe I got mixed up but I'm sure he must've got injured not long after that. Never seen those "highs" again, has Austin.

Great view of that in the Town End.

Also in the away end at Wycombe amongst 1500 Town fans when he scored a brilliantly taken goal. Unfortunately Mooney equalised in the 90th after being abused for the entire match.

Royce scored an even better goal for us while on trial a few years before in 2002 against Sporting Gijon. He could certainly belt a football that Aussie.

Timi Elsnik captained the Slovenian under 21s vs Germany last night. Bit suprised that a) he’s still that young and b) he’s doing that well (admittedly I’ve no idea how talented Slovenia’s under 21 side is)

"That well"?
*Slovenia has a population of 2 million
** The entire nation numbers rather fewer under-21 males than the population of Swindon
*** Name another Slovenian footballer

What bit are you surprised about?

I'm surprised he can't make their senior team.
