"The Keystone Cops was a series of silent film comedies featuring a totally incompetent group of policemen produced by Mack Sennett for his Keystone Film Company between 1912 and 1917."

"I wasn't quite sure what Wilson was doing with the subs. Timlin was absolute dog shit. At the moment he's a complete liability. Not sure why Macca came on"

Eh?  Vincent had to come off, as he's played zero first team football for the last x months.  And Macca came on to freshen it up a bit, as JPM had quite a quiet 2nd half.  Don't think Wilson could have done much else, given the bench he selected.

I though Cox was offside too. Also for the third I can't believe he wasn't flagged. Sure he didn't try and play the ball, but he was certainly 'active' in my opinion being right in line with the shot.

That said we deserved to score 3 on the number of chances created.

shouldn't he have selected a stronger bench?

Sign of a good striker = shooting straight at the keeper and scoring.
Sign of a Blair Sturrock = shooting straight at the keeper and not scoring.
Sign of a Trevor Benjamin = shooting straight at the keeper and hitting it wide.

Cox wasnt even close to being offside for his goal

I thought he was going to get flagged for Paynters goal

That win doesnt even move us in the table!

Nope. We've got two away days against Oldham and Northampton next - tough games, it's good to go to Oldham with a win.

Amankwaah was well good today. Vincent was mega, we were great untill ifil fucked up. Cox's goal was amazing, paynter was good, kanu looked decent, nalis and allen were anonymous, mcgovern ran around a lot but did little, greer was awesome. Hopefully this is the sign of an upturn in fortunes, we need to stop shooting ourselves in the foot though.

The random man talking at me in the chip shop was quit sad really, he was telling me about how the chip shop isn't the same anymore, and that his dad (or brother, i wasnt really listening) was really ill. poor bloke

Coxs goal was the best goal I have seen live at the County Ground that I can remember (with the exception of Fallons goal against City).
Taking the ball out of the sky with a touch that tees it up for him to lob it over the keeper from that distance......i'm looking forwards to someone sticking that on Youtube.

I would have thought Dave would be a job for the Samaritans.
