Maybe that puts CC out of the running and Ling as the number one target meaning CC will be our leader for a little while longer?

Because the thread on there is about calderwood coming to swindon.
If swindon are after Ling that would.......you know what? I'll just put this instead

Capello is a God amongst football rumours.

I'm not too sure how he will appreciate his stuff being touted to other boards, though.

Not really... i'm just beginning to think we're all miles off, or Fitton has been a bit stupid with the 'blowing socks off' soundbyte.

There seems to be rump of Forest fans for whom no manager will ever be good enough because none of them are Brian Clough.

I agree with Herthab-if CC were to be successful, and its very possible, just think how much better that would be than success with any other manager.I'd love it to be him

Thirded. I don't see anything wrong with a former player if they are qualified for the position.

I posted this a week ago. Forget where on this forum

In regards to CC, Some contacts through vital at Nottingham confirmed that CC had took training this morning and no approach has been made by us yet. Pretty standard stuff posted all over the place but take it for what you will.
