I just use cheap old Gilette Blue II, which are nice and comfortable.

I got given a Mach 3, and it just gave me a horrid tash-rash so that went in the bin the same day. The Gilette Fusion, which also recently got given to me, was even worse and left my face looking and feeling like i'd shaved with a Bosch Sander, so that also went in the bin. Cheap shit razors are the only thing which seem to treat my skin with respect.

How long do people get out of a Mach 3 or turbo?

I was switching blades every week but of late I find I'm getting three weeks possibly more out of a blade and still getting a good close shave without any burn or nicks.

I suspect it maybe just reverse puberty and stubble is turning into whisps but the quality does appear to better than what it was on the Turbo blades.

Get through a mach 3 blade about every 2-3 weeks. Think the key is to keep it away from er indoors.
