Good feet and knows how to finish based on the videos knocking around. Has scored more at some clubs than others which would suggest to me that he'll get goals when played in the right position.

Boo geezer posts - ‘Double whammy’

Could there be two coming in?

Could it relate to a player dropping down a division? Aka, Falling Down reference.

Don't know much about him, but he sound promising.

From one of my Lincoln mates " He started off really well in League 1 for us had a great pre season full of energy and was an excellent attacking midfielder for August. Then I think suffered from burn out and never really recovered. Certainly a player with a lot of potential. When we signed him from Huddersfield last summer he was thought of as an excellent signing for us and many Terriers were disappointed to see him leave. Will hopefully be a good signing for you. Unfortunately doesn't fit the Appleton mold with us."

If he isn't now, he will be by the time Wellens finishes with him Smiley

Bit make or break for Tyler Smith I reckon. Never going to get a look in at Sheff Utd currently and has had varying loan spells, all in L1. His last one at Rochdale was a bit of a damp squib. Contracted only until next June (2021) so this has to be a good move for him now. Could be another Yates style situation pending if he does well.

I don't think he's our main target. Feels a bit like the Hope signing but if we know anything, it is that Wellens can get the best out of not only some of the older players but also younger players too. Definitely seem to be signing a good blend of youth and experience.

The Jack Payne signing seems a great addition and as others have said, may signal an exit for Rose. Shame if it happens. I still think Rose is better than Palmer; would sooner see Palmer out on loan at a L2 club and Rose retained. Now watch Palmer go and have an absolute cracker of a season.

At least you’ve got the first name correct this time, Bamboo.

I was expecting an essay on another namesake...ex Town midfielder Tom perhaps  Hmmm

Listening to the Wellens interview it doesn't sound like Payne is a threat for Rose. Sounds like Payne will play as one of the three behind a striker, considering Wellens compared him to Mata.

The Arsenal loanee they are looking at would seem to be the nail in Rose's coffin.

Not much there TBH but he knows where the net is, very similar mold to Yates by the look of him.

Ex Doncaster manager Grant Maccan said he was 'a star in the making'.

Fuckin' hell has bamboo been on the Dostoyevsky juice? Chatting more random shit than usual and having a pop at people.

Nah, I was just being honest. Chatting shit...read the TEF tagline again Wink I spoke about a rumour and thought it was a different player (easy mistake) and again it gets highlighted as if i'm the first person in the history of mankind to make a mistake?! Having a pop was justified though.
