Agree 100%. Get him back and we'll be challenging for sure.
maybe if we sign some centrebacks and a couple of strikers then maybe.

Their fans aren't too impressed. Reckon he's L1 standard at best. Valued at £250,000.

Apparently they're signing Roofe from pukeville.
Hope Doughty won't be part of the deal!

I'd be happy if he did come back here, but as has been said, it will probably be a late loan deal if he is really determined to fight for a place at QPR.

Despite a lot of negativity we are much better off this year than we were this time last year which is a big plus. Couple of strikers and a defensive midfielder will make us competitive. Add in a full back and another centre back and we will be alright.

So you want us to sign 5 more players. Highly unlikely.

I just call him Ian

Good choice.

Good choice.

I'm happy to go with this. I keep turning round to look at people when they call him Ellis!

Opposition fans seemed to struggle with Ellis Iandolo's name more than most last season.

They were always like 'E-I-E-I-E-I-andolo...'

Def need 2 strikers, Obika always seems to get a couple of 4 week injuries, and Hylton is 2nd backup at best, could possibly get away with 1 cb, but 1 cb + a cb/rb would be better, + a midfielder/wide guy makes 5, thats still a smallish squad, and we paid for having one of those last year.

Highly likely I would imagine. We're not going to run the season with less than 22 pros, even if you including Young and Smith. We're at 18 right now, so 4-5 is more than likely, and needed.

Agree there will be many more to come, including - and I don't think this has been mentioned - a left-footed centre back. However we play we are going to need to open up that side of the pitch and Branco and JSW are very right footed and both have played on that side. We even moved El Abd there so Branco could stay on the right.

I think it's quite likely we will get at least 3/4 more in. We haven't used any loans as of yet (unless I missed one). Better position than last year IMO

Since Conor Thomas played against us for Cov (0-3), I cut together some footage from the game - although he wasn't that involved as they were shite and pretty direct https://click.email.vimeo.com/?qs=6badc3233d1a73fa1659bfd68b2d4e30377593a2d1e9136e55c24bb97df2e134c36d5ffe6c232fe2f73f5cb5acee855e

He's wearing 6, playing on the right of a double pivot and mostly the clips show a guy who is careful to always be in position defensively and to always give an option. He also misses a sitter.

Minimum we need is another 'experienced' CB plus 2 strikers and that is just for the main starting XI not including fringe players

Beautyman move has "stalled" according to Peterborough journalist.

Assuming they want a fee but Power doesn't want to pay one?
