Nothing again. Day 2 of a 12 day course of Diazepam, fifth week off work and waiting for blood test results to come back. I've never pood and spewed so much in my life. Lost nearly a stone though. Wicked.

You must look very thin, you were hardly a porker before.

His stomach has swollen like one of those ethiopian kids, that is no joke.

I had a ham and pickle sandwich on fresh granery bread. yum.

whats that marinade on them?

It was a bit of a see what I've got kicking about Indianish style marinade.

Couple of onions, inch +a bit cubed lump of ginger, few cloves of garlic, tsp Tumeric, tsp Cayenne Pepper, tsp Ground Cumin, 2-3 tsp of Ground Coriander and some Olive oil and a bit of water. All blitzed together in a food processor until a smoothish paste.

Then left the chicken bits to marinade in it for a few hours.

Then skewered up the chicken with some peppers and red onions. Stuck under the grill (turning occasionally), served with a pitta and some salad with a bit of mayo. Yum.

I'll definitely see if I can recreate it. Because it was lush.
