that looks quality, i had a bang at some chicken kebabs on tuesday, pepper onion and chicken breat in a jerk marinade, very nice, now looking to expand. whats that marinade on them? i'm gonna do some kofte next  . oh i had a 3 egg cheesey omelette. proteinville tennesse

Nothing again. Day 2 of a 12 day course of Diazepam, fifth week off work and waiting for blood test results to come back. I've never pood and spewed so much in my life. Lost nearly a stone though. Wicked.
