Will ask, but suspect they will be kept as reward for those signing up for the silver and gold packages. Much in the way Kickstarter campaigns give you more the more you donate.

At the last Trust board meeting it was decided that all the 'gifts' will only be available to people who sign up to the packages, so the only way to get the shirt is to sign up to the silver or gold package. As PWP says above, it's is like a Kickstarter campaign, where the more you give, the more you get.
