Disappointing really, a bigger club no question but a bit unstable atm. I never understand why you sell to a club in the same division. If Power wants promotion (which he says he does) then Charlton are potentially a rival.

Nice to see we are spending money on players, not sure I would have spent 400k on a keeper mind.
Dissapointing ajose looks like hes off to a club in same division

Depends if the £400k is all we are paying without any sell on clause?

As for Ajose depends what the clauses are and whether he has said he wants to go privately to the club?

I see they signed Ricky Holmes aswell

Yep, plus Slade as boss. Big change in recruitment policy. Buying up the best from this level.

Ajose to Charlton, 800k. Fee agreed. BBC Wilts.
Can I be the first to ask where's the 800k gone then, Power? Ta.

Real shame but glad it's getting done now and not on deadline day

Not sure I'd pay that much for Vigs mind but I'm sure it's structured

That's very disappointing. Best to avoid social media for a few days I guess
Not sure why, really. £800,000 is a very good fee. The most important thing is the size of fee, not who the buying club is (unless it is Blackburn buying Duncan Shearer off us during an end of season promotion battle!).

£400,000 for Vigs does seem a lot but at least Power spending a decent wedge should shut some up, though I suspect it won't.

Vigs' signing-on fee should be paid in 1p pieces.

One piece of the jigsaw removed, one piece fitted + £400,000 in the bank.

800k? Not a bad fee.

400K is a lot to pay for any player at this level, especially a goalie.

It is, I expect it will be £100k up front, + £100k for promotion + £100k for international caps and 25% sell on clause etc, I can't see it being all up front similar to the Luongos deal.

Can i be the first to say i think we should have got more? And then to splash half of it on a very average keeper is just as disappointing

How good is Vigs going to have to become to turn a profit on £400,000?

Can't see how anyone would pay big bucks for a L1 keeper.
