I agree with Lumps' post. Ash, what are you complaining about, surely you should be scanning the property market up there now looking to make a killing when it goes into depression for a few months to a year before renting them back to them at a profit?  |

I agree with Lumps' post. Repo's are on the rise, good spot, easy to bargain a good price I presume if sold direct by the mortgage company.

Yeah that's right, I'm sat here in my £400,000, 5 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed Edwardian Sheffield slum right now.
Thats a bite I agree with Lumps though, a broom and abit of elbow grease won't sort these houses out. Most of them are so badly damaged the decent thing would be to knock them down! It's easy to sit here in our nice houses down south, in front of our pc monitors and put the world to rights but how would you cope if it was you with your house under 4 feet of water and raw sewage? |
