A Google drive containing all the “Christian Horner evidence” has just been emailed from an anonymous account to hundreds of journalists

Correction: In addition to journalists, it is sent to the other team principals, Liberty Media, Stefano Domenicali, and many others. The file contains photos of whatsapp messages and other photos.

(this amuses me as I don't like Horner, I am a petty person)

Has the gist of said contents been released into the wild?

Can't stand the guy, but someone is on a hatchet job there.

This is what was apparently sent, albeit seemingly the messages are faked

I think the original folder has much more ''content'' in it but also {and unsurprisingly} there have been several sad fuckers posting fake versions of the screenshotted stuff above. Not sure if for morbid entertainment or malice.

It does look likely though that the actual leaked folder to over 150 F1 Staff and Media Professionals {inc all other Team Principals} is genuine.

Regardless of that though, it's an absolute PR disaster for RBR - who seem to have wanted to keep things under the rug {no pun}. Let's face it, nearly any other business where a superior is even as much as flirting {over a period of time}, with a member of staff and even if appearing consensual - it's generally considered that some form of disciplinary would be applied.

I personally think RBR have taken an old fashioned approach, whereby they think it will just go away. I don't think they were expecting a data breach and apparently another one going to be sent out too. With the number of contacts and positions of such, someone in F1 clearly wants Horner out. As I said, it's really bad PR for RBR and F1 in general. Everyone interested {or not} in F1 is talking more about Horner and his supposed misdemeanours, rather than the first showcase Grands Prix of the 2024 Season.
