At least they take defeat gracefully

It seems there is no need for investigation

I've sent it to every Liverpool fan I know.

This is my favourite line:

Hope he does well, I remember him playing for a Rampant Liverpool side in the late 70's-mid 80's and was successful there as a manager (albeit taking over from the Shankly dynasty).

Don't really get the Liverpool hatred on here, must be a lot of closet Man Utd fans around?

I think the hatred of Liverpool is more towards their twatty fans than actual hatred of Liverpool FC.

To make a serious point he is going to have to rely on his coaches and scouts so much that really those appointments will be as significant as a new manager anyway.

Made a good start on that front anyway:

The dislike of Liverpool for the older generation is probably akin to the dislike of Man Utd now.

They were the dominant team for many years, and didn't their mong fans like to remind everyone else of it.

The media at the time had a fascination with Liverpool that went beyond the arse licking given to Man Utd now, and their fans weren't hooligans (like everyone else), they were just harmless scalleys.

I don't wish them any harm, but relegation & 10 years in the lower leagues would be a good start Cheesy

And no, I'm not a fan of Man Utd, closet or otherwise
