You probably don't want to look at the results of his 4 Villa games, from the point of view of a defensive MF. There are occasions when a sicknote can work out... Greer and Migs being examples, but more often it doesn't. THere's a bit of theme that we have several players who could expect a higher standard if fit..... so it's svery much fingers crossed. |

Yes I know... It's a typical example of a gaffer having to make do and mend, with what you can get. There's no knowing, could be good more likely not, but with a bit of luck, he can assymetrically synchonise injuries with Rose. |

Weren't we saying precisely the opposite earlier in the summer? We had most of the squad assembled by the end of June - which is very unSwindon. We've just had a signing lull in July, and we're leaving the last few pieces of the jigsaw until the last minute. |
