Why?

Fuck me if you feel gutted for everyone that dies young you'll be at it all the time.

These people didnt know him, they havent really seen him play and pretending to be gutted is pathetic and patronising to those that it would have mattered to.

Dont get me started on the nations addiction to mourning .

I agree with Yeovil on this one.

If I saw his family upset I'd probably feel some compassion, as it's not nice losing someone young.

Ok for example a member of my family dies (they havent or owt)
Or somebody on this forum who's family or friend has died,
do you really think they would want to read the type of comment you have added to this thread???

I think not.
Its not about mourning his death its about being a little considerate to others thoughts and feelings.

Or are you like others on this forum and are more interested in the fact you had a bit of a ruck @ gillingham on saturday?Huh?

I will just say the crap being written on this forum celebrating the fact that there was some trouble on saturday and how you all cant wait for them to come here next month is so childish, Yeah lets get the club more bad press, things are going bad enough on the field lets get things looking bad off it as well.

It sound like a few people on this forum are like the Cider drinking little chavs that come down from shitty whenever we play them, and are hard as nails with barriers in front of them in the stratton bank, get them outside and they run a mile. (mainly because they have to be up for school the next day)

Do people on here really want to be like them?

 :wall:

It feels so good getting that of my chest,

PS I do like the forum though.

I think that comment was a bit out of order.  You're lecturing Yeovil for having an opinion - thats all it is an opinion.  Opinions can neither be right nor wrong.

Most of the trouble on saturday came from people who travelled to Gillingham for a fight, not actual Swindon fans.  Surely you must realise this as if it were all the Swindon fans there wouldn't have been so many that made it inside the stadium.

Considering you haven't met us on here and haven't been here very long looking at your no. of posts I would say you're far to quick to judge.

If you really like this forum then why are you comparing people to the chavs coming from City? The forum is only good because of the people on it.

I wouldn't have thought his family would be looking on here.

A friend of mine died in a car crash when I was 18, and if people that didn't know him/me had come and offered their condolences, or perchance I'd found an internet board with people putting RIP, I'd have found it very strange indeed.

I have been Looking at this site for a good 12 months + Im shy and quiet so dont post alot  , nah I just feel the comment was out
of order.

It was a post that people were saying RIP etc, not one to discuss your opinion on death and mourning, a bit of respect and maybe a different post started on Death & mourning may have been required

At the end of the day regardless if they just travelled to Pikeyville for a fight, they were still STFC fans (if you can call them that) and still give us a bad name.

And alot of the comments on this forum posted by a few of the regulars regarding the trouble on saturday just remind me of the Mindless burberry scarf and cap wearing schoolkids that follow shitty.  And personally I dont like Burberry (its an opinion) if you do like burberry then I appologise I dont wish to upset you.

i've refrained from posting so far because i really don't care either way, of course it's tragic for a young man to lose his life but it doesn't effect me whatsoever. that said, i don't feel the need to say that.

as for comments about the trouble at gillingham, what's that got to do with the death of this young man?

most people on this forum were at the game saturday, none of us were at wycombe nor are we wycombe fans so it's got fuck all relevance mate.

The point I highlighted happens with all clubs.

I would also like to point out that I don't like Burberry either however that clearly is irrelevant to this thread as it seems to me you are stereotyping a little bit.  So what - people had a few drinks but all I am saying is that the people I saw fighting are Not people posting on here.
