I thought that was the 1 series. Either that or the m5, but that was a while ago. Can't remember the M3 being slated? Maybe I'm wrong.

That's a pretty good mpg to be honest.....  I don't think I get much more than that in a 1.2.....   :?

walrus son, your 1.2 is a very very sick puppy if it aint getting much more than that! my 1.2i nova was pushing 35/40ish to the gallon.... i even got 40mpg out of my 1.8 16v arsetra once!

I get 50+ mpg because I'm ace.

Unless I'm razzing it (which is often).

I tend to travel less far the more gallons I drink.

A 330 Ci has a big 3 litre 6 cylinder engine.

I wouldn't expect much better than 20-25 mpg even when cruising in top gear.

I will check in my magazines.

The BMW 130 M Sport was slated on Top Gear but thats only cause Clarkson hates BMW and loves Golf's  :-))(

The 328 is the old range topper in the 3 series range (apart from the M3)

It had a 2.8 litre 6 cylinder engine with slightly less power than the 330

I'd imagine MPG would be the same roughly.
