Just been flicking through the bristol city forums and most people seem to think grant smiths days are numbered and he'll be gone in the transfer window. would you welcome him back?

Thing is with Sniff, he knew exactly what he was heading for.  he came out and said that after drifting around clubs he liked having a regular spot, he appreciated the fans backing.....but when it came to cash he opted for that.

Fair enough decision, but there's no way back after it.

I suppose so but would he come back after the farce Sandy Gray played out in contract talks?

Not really- it sounds strange, but I don't think he actually brought much to the side other than goals.

 Goals are quite helpful though....in 2005 we've scored 13 on the road...Sniff scored 5 of of them.....of the other 8 I think its Parkin 4 Fallon 1 Jenkins1 Holmes 1 and Proctor 1.

He should have stayed here...but opted not to....these things happen.

That's fair enough Reg, i agree that the guy is a thoroughbred cunt, but we would have been in better shape this season had he stayed. Oh well
