I'd echo that, fwiw. Having met him today, he's actually quite a well-mannered lad who just started to believe in his online persona a bit too much. I think he now understands he went well beyond the bounds of what is acceptable and hopefully this whole sorry episode will make him think a bit before being, as YR puts it, such a cock in future. But he certainly doesn't merit a kicking. And surely we've all got better things to focus our energies on - like the deep poo-hole our club is in. I'd like to get back to that and supporting the team and just move on from this. |
