We've been alright since going two down. I missed out goal though and twitter doesn't seem to have it available.

At least we’ve had a go in the second half

FT 2-1 Much improved second half but plenty to work on.

The subs made a difference. An extra body in midfield and the defence looking more solid

Clarke and Ball in defence improved things.

Oldaker added to the midfield.

Cardiff just held rather than pushing for more.

The Prince was a handful and took his goal very well. Haven’t seen that much quality up front for us for a long time!

I also thought Ward did well. Positioning good. Handling good. Made several routine saves and one diving one.

That was better.

Prince the obvious highlight. Looks a talent.

Ball was good at centre half

Thought Munroe did well and gave us much needed balance.

Team press in general which was non existent first half got us 10 yards further up the pitch and forced them into mistakes.

Negatives; the entire first half. No positives to take from that.

Ripleys injury.

The setup - we have some good players at the club. Please don't play them in positions they have no business being in.

Onto Oldham - who knows what will happen.

Game of two halves

First half we were utter garbage
Second we at least caused a few problems.

Overall Cardiff were reasonably comfortable.

Second round my arse

Well, we were better second half. Not massively, but at least the subs looked like they wanted to have a go. Got to question the selection, the narrow formation, the manager who isn't learning from his mistakes among other things.

Unfortunately, we aren't going to do anything this season if:

a) we continue to use launching it to Smith as our primary game plan.
b) we only turn up and play for one half.

Prince was the only real positive. He looks a player. But he will struggle if we continue to do the two things above.

A lot better second half. Didn’t create loads, but looked like a football team.

Will make the 2nd round next year right? Right?
