Looks likely to be...

                      Bycroft
            Wright    Hall     Delaney
McGregor    Ofoborh    Kilkenny          Cox
   Tshimanga       Smith      Butterworth

Nah, I’d say it’s going to be 352 with wing backs all day long.
My opinion on 3 at the back is well known, so I won’t bore you all with it.

Again, not a line up i’d ever pick. Just fucking win the game Ian.

I’d also have swapped keepers over.
Not sure what either us, Norwich or Barden are getting out of this deal.

Hallam Hope only on the bench today for them and their best player, winger Gwion Edwards, is out injured.

Their other ex Town player, keeper Stuart Moore, is not even on the bench.

They have the huge Marcus Dackers up front for them today who is one of the tallest footballers in the EFL at 6 foot 7.

Yes I doubt hardly any of us would pick 3 at the back as it just doesnt seem to work at this level, great higher up the leagues but defender quality in L2 is just not good enough.

But Morecambe play with 5 at the back so Ollie is obviously again trying to match them as he did with Accrington last week, whereas I would prefer them to try and match us when we are at home and not the other way around. We should be more attacking at home.

For me I just dont see Butterworths best position, he plays in at attacking midfield role but only ever looks any good cutting inside from the wide attacking position so far.

He needs to grab the game by the balls and use his skillset more often in running at players, he may get that more sat just behind the 2 strikers or actually pushing further forward alongside the front 2.

I’m not sure long term setting up to match the opposition every week is going to us any favours.

We cant allow our formation to be dictated to by the opposition formation. Thats starting on the back foot from the off.

Ollie should be setting his side up to get the best from our players and let the opposition worry about matching us not visa versa.

Holloways pre-match interview has to be one of the longest I can remember

I found that a very difficult listen. Full of contradictions and the usual flannel. Hope he's got the selection right today

He is - he has 3 experienced cb’s and wing backs hence formation.

Colchester have won. That's not ideal.

Not terrifies me but it doesnt instill any defensive confidence in me, I would rather play 2 CB's and have an extra body in midfield, a creative player.

I mean it’s not Heywood, Reeves & Viveash but doesn’t feel like it’s going to be much better.

We shall see…

That foul given against Cox looked a bit harsh.
