Holloway’s pre match presser was decent. Confirmed both Grant Hall and Uwakwe will be involved.

How can I listen to this?

In my eyes, this type of game truly demonstrates how low the club and it's stature has fallen... I'm actually hoping we win for some smidgen of success, somehow. Pathetic.

Read the presser from the Adver site, looks like Hall will be involved against a former side, but Uwakwe won't be as it would prevent a further loan.  A  friendly against Bristol Rovers next week has been arranged when Uwakwe will be involved.

No need to apologise, it took a couple of times reading it to figure it out.

Nice to have someone who seems to be enthused about having the job and not just acting like he is doing us a massive favour being our manager! Will it last, who knows, but its like a breath of fresh air!

Uwakwe must be playing for his professional future now after his failed loan to Maidenhead.

Absolutely agree, he actually seems happy to be here, unlike ALL the rest of our recent appointments going back probably 20+ years (possibly excepting PdC) who all sounded like they were just going through the motions, which in the end they all were.

Agree with the above. I was sceptical of an appointment of someone that had been out of the game for as long as him, and after what happened at Grimsby. I remain pretty cautious on that. But… compared to Kennedy he is a breath of fresh air. There is a scenario where he does well, and doesn’t want to go elsewhere because he is 61 and doesn’t want to be travelling far from home. That in itself makes him focused on us as a club, perhaps, rather than his own career (as has been the case with his predecessors).
