Kahn binned off then
Great news, Khan slows our game down so much!

He thinks he is playing Championship Manager

Who plays Championship Manager like that?

I assume the logic behind some of these selections is managing minutes & giving everyone a good go before it gets to the released / retained deadline…

4 2 4 with Devoy and McEachran as your two. It's not classic League Two formula is it?

Presumably we will be getting overrun in midfield again.
Whose fault will it be tonight?

Well lets face it we bypass midfield with his tactics anyway so we dont need more than 2 midfielders.

Boot it out wide and hit teams on the counter and get balls into the box for Charlie and Dry Nun. Simple.

Two destroyer midfielders sure. But we're playing two ball players and then not using them to play the ball.

We could play a midfield 5 of Khan, McEachran, Cain, Devoy & Aguiar and I still don’t think that would stop teams coming through us like a hot knife through butter.

That would be fine if we just had two midfielders sitting and breaking up their play, but other teams just flood the midfield & overrun us

Could be 4-4-2 I guess. RHM and Glatzel wide perhaps

Yep, he seems to get a free pass because he’s been to Clem’s house

Probably fair but I believe it's traditional to try.

I mean if I were in charge I’d certainly try shoring up the midfield by packing the numbers in there.
Again, I assume the reasoning is Gav has more faith in our attacking players keeping the ball up the pitch than he does our midfielders stopping it coming through…
