For some reason Salford feel like a bogey team even though the stats tell a different story.

Salford 2-4 Swindon.

Hopefully the pitch is better than the sandpit of last season... 2-1 Town

I think it would be a pretty embarrasing outcome if it were, we have had a fair bit of rain up here, but nowhere near as much as much of the country has had.

It rained pretty heavily last night here in Cheshire but it's not been too bad since. Plenty of light rain forecast overnight but tomorrow's meant to have some drier spells and no downpours so hopefully ok.

Maybe Salford won't take the rain covers off the pitch overnight Wink

Has there been a presser for this? Haven’t seen it on the official site or adver site but wonder if that is where the Uwakwe update came from?

Should have been at 9.30. Sure I saw the usual bollocks about the journo not getting to Beversbrook, or no broadband, or a giant butterfly knocked him out and he missed it.
