Much rather RHM and Austin scoring instead of Kemp and Young. The two loanees prices will be going up every week otherwise.

You know when things are brighter on the pitch when you select preference of scorers.
Wakeling would be down to 5th in the pecking order right now which on the face of it looks good business. Clearly if we use the funds to strengthen.
Why not as the Edwards wage  offer was not cheap.

How wound be he be 5th choice when we only have 3 strikers?
On current form - he’d be 4th choice right now, granted.

RHM has a bad injury record and Young will be gone in January. So he could/would potentially be 2nd choice in a few months.

I guess we will see….in a few months time…

I’d like to ask how the people are who said I had my head buried in the sand as our squad is top 7 quality. Hope you enjoyed yesterday Smiley

The routine win we've all been hoping for but weren't sure that the team was capable of?

Was expecting a bit more from Walsall, but the clean sheet was never really under threat and they weren't good enough to exploit the space from the limited opportunities to counter.

The glaring individual errors from last season have largely been eliminated (so far), so the game plan of sitting back & waiting for us to make a mistake might need a rethink on whiteboards up and down the country.

We put the TE to shame as per usual.😘
We had it rocking up there at the Back, getting more and more joining in.
pah, couldn't hear you from the town end!

last year the te sounded weak from the drs.

can only conclude I'm really loud at singing and everyone else are church mice

Kemp can play a 10.

Agree last season the DRS very quiet.
Yesterday the loudest for some time. The TE sadly is very quiet.
Maybe in time to come with a developed TE (😞) we can get an end bouncing like Wrexham.

They reckon it was more likely Flynn didn’t want to shake hands. They think Sadler had something to do with his sacking so he could take over.

Forgot. Another nice cameo from Shade.

I read that too. If you watch the footage on YouTube saddler walks onto the pitch before Flynn even has a chance.
Anyways. Shaping up nicely.

Spooky, I was thinking of him before the game. I do enjoy his honest and balanced approach. His grandad ever the optimist seems to be on something 😁

Morecambe had their main striker red carded yesterday, after 2 yellows thus will be missing next week.

Hats off to them! It looks like they may have had a pie and a pint and walked all the way from the Moonrakers unless they've parked the car in a side street off of Cricklade Road.
