No idea why Flynn took off Uwakwe who was our only player at the time getting consistant crosses into the box, .
I'm still pretty sure this is a 'fitness' thing. "Tariq [Uwakwe] is not up to full fitness and neither is Jake Young." (mid August). |

It reminded me of that game too. Gills were shit and we were playing against 10 men for a long time yet created little. |

Talking of which. Sutton - 1 win (and that was against 10 men) in their last 17 league games and only 4 draws. No clean sheets in the last 14 league games for them. From their forum. Our style of football hasn't been this ugly since the rains/ggl mud and sand bath era. Our tactical system is no longer working.
I dont think anyone is seriously suggesting gray should go, but if he continues to stubbornly persist with tactics that are not effective, that may change.
