Last night I backed Swindon at 9/2 for £20.
Being a fan for 55 years I had the sense at 4-5 knowing Swindon and cashed out taking 82.75.

Flynn:
- Raw and hurting at 2 points dropped
- Dropped by ourselves
- Could have scored 7 or 8 and then gave it away.
- It wasn't a free kick at the end, it hit his shoulder
- Thought the ref had a good game. Not going to bash him
- Experienced players made mistakes
- We opened them up at will
- We were in complete control
- We gave them their first
- We were in complete control .The wind didnt help in the first half as we play it along the ground
- Flynn feels exactly the same as Hawes when talking about the disappointment of giving it away from 5-3.
- With 30 secs to go the ref sees a handball that wasnt a handball
- We needed to just see the game out
- No way in a million years we shouldnt have wont that game. But we didnt!
- Fans got their moneys worht, but should have had 3 points too
- Will work on things we need to do at key moments in the game
- Blowing a gale and they are set piece heavily reliant. Just needed to limit the amount we gave away
- Easy to say we need physicality (with remaining budget or loan budget), but we handled physicality from set pieces
- Physicality wasn't why we conceded 5. It was stupid mistakes. All we needed to do was clear the ball
- Can't wait for Jake Young to get fully fit as he is a talent
- RHM and Shade: Both are very close. Both should be back in training this week

Let’s be honest, after being 4.1 up it’s a terrible result,

If someone said 5 points from Crewe and home, Wrexham and Forest Green away you’d have taken it.

We look good, I’m happy with our start.

Can’t work out any of our backline to be honest, individually they all look comfortable at times but collectively just fall apart all the time. Even the keeper looks fine and a good stopper but hasn’t got anywhere near the 9 goals he’s conceded and quite often finds himself in no man’s land.  They are all just too prone to completely switching off.

Venks will probably have this stat but how many times since Christmas have we conceded 2+ in the second half to either draw or lose a match? It much be a pretty depressing number, the players just lack bottle and a composure when it really counts.

Well we didnt lose  that one which  i thought we would.but as usual  the problem with our defence hasnt been rectified
Since last season  its not going away is it flynn needs to pull his finger out and get some better experience  in there otherwise  its going to be the same old swindon we cant defend and hold a lead. Crash

Won the first half 4-1 and lost the second half 4-1.

For all their hype they aren’t very good and, tbf, we’re probably a bit better than we thought.

No excuses in drawing a game when 2 goals up on 90minutes

Nothing to do with having a big nasty centre half all about using your heads and managing the game.

Though the failure to win is still raw…. gotta say, what a game. Hats off to both teams.

I can’t believe we haven’t won that. Big centre half needed, we have a great team in place though who are brilliant to watch

The issue of conceding lots of late goals is still there despite a change in manager. This obv is an issue with the players who cannot close a game out

….and we’ve a game postponed as well.
If we’d played against Colchester he might be suspended already
