Agree. But why is she not charged with ‘causing Death by Dangerous Driving’. No licence surely means you are unskilled to drive and should be charged with the maximum?!
Probably some "technicality" she needs to go away for a long time and I am not talking a couple of years but as you state willfully causing death by dangerous driving would be a starting point.
