Yes I know its Liverpool and some people are less than sympathetic to the Scousers but what happened yesterday beggars belief.

Someone has got some major hate issues to do that sort of thing at the Champions parade.

At least they got him quickly but he must have some form of mental illness to do such a thing.

From what I've seen, it seems as if the car was attacked after an altercation and the driver has panicked and tried to drive off, which is when the people got run over

You have to be careful with videos posted, as they could have been modified, but I did see several of the car trying to reverse out of the crowd, but being attacked by at least two people, and then driving off forward into the crowd.
From those it does appear that he got into a bad situation and then panicked, you do have to wonder how/why he got into that situation in the first place.

I did wonder whether that was what happened.

Watching the video of the early part of the incident where the car had just arrived brought back memories of the two poor buggers from Royal Signals who stumbled accross the route of the funeral parade in Belfast where they tried to reverse away but were pulled from the car and executed.
