Cheers Batch. Dropped them a DM saying being a new ST holder I can’t order online cos I don’t have the correct permissions - whatever that means. They don’t even bother to answer the phone. Fucking shoddy way to treat new ST holders.

Do you have a client reference number? assume you have your card.
has that been linked to the online account. Can you see your loyalty points?
you should see it when you log in and see 280 loyalty points/client ref from the "account" section of the tickets site.
if all that looks good in going in early next week and can raise it for you. when do they go on general?
edit: ah Tuesday, I can try and go in Monday if it's open, let me know your client ref number and name/stand/seat after you've checked above (dm)

Game day, will be listening on BBC Wiltshire today but I am buzzing for the start of the season. Looking forward to seeing how it all pans out for better or for worse. As much as I want to get promotion, football for me, is more about spending precious time with my dad and 90yr old Granddad on match days, and of course having a good vent when things are bad and singing in unison with thousands of people when things go well.  . |

Mine's will be the Crewe game! It almost feels cruel bringing them into a lifetime of heartache but some of my best memories are following the Town with family and friends. My first game was a 0-2 defeat to Ipswich so it clearly doesn't take a result to get you hooked! |
