I hoped against a non league side he would come good and grab a few goals, also Aguiar should be controlling these games but he isnt either.

I would happily get rid of Adeloye and Aguiar, and I think Flynn is of the same opinion, I think Darcy and Shade both looked near useless yesterday against young opponents when they should be trying hard to impress Flynn. Cain, he had little support in the middle but again a lot of his passing was wayward when he should be dominating against a side with only about 10 1st team games between them (other than Conway who was head and shoulders the best player on the pitch for the last hour).

Darcy, Shade, Adeloye and Aguiar I would all make free to leave, but I suspect he already has.

Cain I still think we can get a decent player out of. He's shown flashes of it and Flynn got the best out of him at Newport.

For a while I've had the belief that you have to be very very careful on Social media. Too much activity and you can get sucked into all kind of weird and wonderful conversations with strangers that go down strange and bewitching paths. I almost never use twitter to converse, partly for those very same reasons. The whole place, whilst absolutely brilliant on the one hand, is an absolute bin fire on the other.

FWIW I quite like the Fools rush in conversation, it's a decent mix of fans of all ages. I always thought Fyfie (I think that's him) was quite level headed and similar in mindset to me, but yeah some of what's being posted does seem unusually negative.
Completely agree. This is absolutely my thoughts too on both Social Media and FRI.

In late June, after scattering my mother-in-law's ashes in Belfast and Omagh, we returned to Glencolumbkille in Co. Donegal after a gap of 39 years (my wife and I were married in Belfast - Reg was there btw). We walked the St Colmcille pilgrimage trail again in the hope that this would bring good fortune to the Robins this season. I have done my best in this current preseason. I can do no more. Fingers crossed.

Belfast c1984 would have been an 'interesting' place to visit I would imagine....I've been much more recently (Belfast and Derry/Londonderry) and although it's obviously a much different place now, you still get the feeling of the tensions running only just below the surface...recent events have born that out...

Yeah when we went to Belfast for Christmas markets last year my brother and sister in law and their 2 friends were drunkenly accosted in their hotel bar during late night drinks by a local that had clearly heard the Dublin accents and was looking to antagonise. He picked the wrong people as they couldn't give any less of a shit about it, and so I think he eventually got bored and left them alone.

Not going to Plymouth friendly..

Better things to do than watch us get stuffed out of sight again....

Who knows may even get to celebrate our 3rd out of 5 loan signings......

Credit where it's due Cowley, you did say that we could only afford loan signings and thus far (sadly) you've not been proved wrong...

At least 2 Bristol City players have refused to join on loan...
