Sam Pearson, son of Nigel.

Is he son of Nigel, can't find mention of that on interweb, only links seem to be that Pearson (N) brought him through at City?

I really think RHM could kick on this year with a good end to last season and a pre season under his belt.

There is a player there and he is something a bit different at this level, as McKirdy was.

He’s 24 now, so you’d hope he’d have a breakout season soon. Hopefully this is the one

What sort of quality is the City line up, are they first teamers or yoofs?

Those who thought the appointment of Flynn would equal hoofball must be disappointed.

Yeah no sign of that at all is there.

Great ball from FBT and touch from Austin. Very good block from City defender. Their commentators have called us a “potential one to watch” in L2 based off this showing. Wonder what Swansea would say about that…

FWIW Swansea beat Newport 5-0 in a BCD friendly today.

By all accounts, their fans are very positive about their chances this season. Swansea seemingly building a good side

Think it's just a coincidence that they share a surname,  a quick glance on wiki doesn't suggest any relation, nor does that Sam is from Cardiff, somewhere Nigel Pearson hasn't managed or played anywhere near

Overcommitted up front. No defensive cover.

Where have I seen that before?
