I don't get the logic of giving Aguiar a three year deal and then never playing him. There's talent there, he's not the finished article, but he's not likely to improve hugely without minutes.

Wollacott

Iandolo
Egbo
O'Brien
Minturn

Lyden (although the idea of having an injury crisis not involving Lyden is odd)
East
Williams

Payne
Barry
McKirdy

Bench would be pitiful... Ward, Parsons, Aguiar, Dabre and some youths. We were *really* thin squad wise at the back end of last season.

Yeah that defence is woeful. Midfield not much better. The attack is pretty decent though.

Commentary just switched on to hear Lindsey say Barrow are a good team and that we've had the most shots and touches in the opposition box in the league. The iFollow technician is clearly trolling us...

Iandolo hasn’t exactly been great this season has he?

I've never seen him as much more than a reasonably solid lowest league utility player.

But at least he tries.

I think I can be persuaded Aguiar needs a chance. But his effort level at Bradford.. looked unfit and disinterested..

But then you need to include someone like Cooper who was injured.  So either you count him as fit, or someone else comes off your comparison.

Whichever way you cuti it, the best first team we can put out this season is a downgrade and is challenging Flitcrofts for overall quality.

That is still good enough to be around the play offs.  Just rather hoped we were trying to improve.

Pitch understandably boggy in the middle.

MacDonald makes his first mistake but gets away with it.
