you've been watching the BBC haven't you Aud .
Did smirk when they kid said he's supporting England, but was made to wear a Wales shirt and sing the song.
Can't blame him really, on TV and with his classmates.
it's a bit thing for Wales to be fair, might be another 60 odd years to the next one

Oh, yes. The BBC. The perpetuators. Their never ending obsession with primary schoolchildren to bolster a new story.

I'm only following via text updates so haven't seen what the Argentina penalty was awarded for but from what I have read, that's the second penalty that VAR has now awarded for grappling/shirt pulling in the box from a set piece. I'm hopeful that because of these awards that there will be less of this kind of thing happening - McGuire could also have had a penalty yesterday (looked 50/50 to me) but it looks like a dangerous precedent for defenders going forward now.

Yes, the Argentinian penalty was for holding in the box. Both those that have been given were much less of a foul than the one on Maguire

Three offside goals for Argentina, is Thomas Dossevi involved in their set up?

Isn't the normal corrupt approach to under report crowds?
The official attendances of each game at the World Cup so far. Qatar vs Ecuador - 67,372 (Stadium capacity = 60,000) England vs Iran - 45,334 (Stadium capacity = 40,000) Senegal vs Netherlands - 41,721 (Stadium capacity = 40,000) USA vs Wales - 43,418 (Stadium capacity = 40,000)

Well, this is a little bit funny. I'd prefer my plucky underdogs not to be representing sociopathic oil barons, but beggars can't be choosers.

That wasn't supposed to happen.
Plenty of time for Argentina yet though. Is it just the 3 disallowed goals? Its on in the background so no idea if there was any contraversial VAR descisions..
Holy fuck. What a goal from the Saudi man. 2-1
